Some of these costs are paid upfront, on completion and some can even be added to your mortgage advance. Our advisor will ensure that you are fully aware of the costs associated with your particular transaction and the amounts of them

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

For mortgage advice you can choose how we are paid: pay a fee, usually 1% of the loan amount or we can accept commission from the lender
